There has been a veterinary clinic at Lingfield Lodge Farm since 1982. The practice
started in a small outbuilding and moved to the present more spacious premises in 1989.
The building now in use was formerly a set of stables and granary, the conversion to a
clinic allowed the interior layout to be purpose built while maintaining the attractive
exterior. We now combine the relaxing atmosphere of an attractive rural location (for
both patient and owner!) with comprehensive up to date treatment facilities.

Our aim at Lingfield Lodge is to provide a comprehensive health care service for our clients' pets. |
| |
When a patient's condition requires investigation beyond an examination by the veterinary surgeon, as in human medicine, a variety of tests may be advised. We have on site excellent laboratory equipment able to analyse blood samples and give results, if necessary, within minutes. Other diagnostic aids available include an ECG machine to analyse heart function, an ultra sound machine to allow scanning of internal organs and state of the art digital X-ray facilities including specialised techniques using X-rays with contrast media allowing us to investigate kidney and bladder problems (urography) and spinal problems (myelography).
Since the practice started we have been Official Veterinary Surgeons for Crayford Greyhound Stadium and as a result of this association we have a great deal of specialist expertise and knowledge relating to greyhounds both during their racing career and afterwards as pets. |

The practice has a large car park adjacent to the surgery building and is easily reached
from the surrounding area.
We are only 4 miles from East Grinstead and are also close to the villages of Edenbridge, Dormansland and Lingfield and the villages
of Chiddingstone, Cowden, Crockham Hill, Crowhurst, Four Elms, Hever, Mark Beech
and Newchapel.
HOUSE VISITS
We can arrange a house visit if requested although, of course, there are limits to what can be done at home. If transport is simply the problem we can arrange for one of our staff to collect and return the patient home. |
