| Natural sunlight is the most effective way for our bodies to manufacture Vitamin D. Yet here in the UK, the body is only able to create Vitamin D from exposure to the sun during the months of May to October. Outside of these months, the sun is simply not effectively strong enough.
Sunbeds, used sensibly, can provide an alternative controlled environment to help Stimulate Vitamin D production and a healthy coloured complexion.
