Edenbridge Older Lifestyles Group meet every Wednesday at 11.30am in the Edenbridge Centre in Four Elms Road. The group is free to join and aims to provide healthy lifestyle information, activities and advice for anyone living in the Edenbridge area over the age of 65.
Edenbridge Festival
Edenbridge Rotary Festival - Bank Holiday Monday 28th May 2007
11am-5pm, Recreation Ground, Lingfield Road
This year is set to be the biggest and best festival yet and Sandy Gall CBE will be opening the festival. The festival programme will be made available closer to the date but in the meantime, these are just some of the things that will be taking place on the day:
- FREE Childrens Rides(sponsored by The Mobility Shop, John Surtees Ltd, Manic Monsters)
- Circus Whiz(sponsored by Leighs)
- Face painting(sponsored by Nautilus Yachting)
- Music from Edenbridge Town Band(sponsored by Bradfords Electrical)
- NEW arts and crafts tent featuring the work of local artists

Have your say on new parking proposals Following an informal consultation by Sevenoaks District Council, new proposed parking restrictions are now available for your comments. You can see the proposals on display at Edenbridge Library and at the District Council’s offices in Sevenoaks. You can also view these online by visiting the Council’s website, www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/transport and going to the ‘Parking Restrictions’ page. The Council has also written to residents and businesses in the area and notices will be placed on-street in the roads affected. If you have any comments, send them in writing, quoting ‘Amendment 11’, to the Community and Planning Services Director, Parking & Amenities, Sevenoaks District Council, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG or by email to transportation@sevenoaks.gov.uk.
