| Edenbridge
has been thriving over the past few years with a growing residential and
business population. The area has been attracting new housing and businesses
for various reasons but primarily because it is situated close to all the
major transport links and with two
train stations is convenient for travel
to London and the Continent. Gatwick
Airport and the Channel Tunnel are
all within easy reach enabling tourists and residents to enjoy this historic and attractive town in the heart of Kent. Edenbridge has many
cultural activities taking place throughout the year, including The
Edenbridge
Festival in May, Agricultural Show
August Bank Holiday Weekend, the Bonfire
Night Parade and Fireworks extravaganza
in November (not to be missed), also throughout the year many events
at
Hever Castle, and our own Eden Valley Museum, culminating at the end of
the year with a late night shopping community event for Christmas. |
