Why have we included an ethics section within edenbridgetown.com?
Because although most of the issues covered in this section appear not to apply to a small town like Edenbridge they do! For example there are disabled people living in Edenbridge, there are people living in poverty in Edenbridge, there are people who have been affected by War, there are gay people, there are people who think hunting is Ok and others who disagree. Because of this we need to discuss these issues as a community and hopefully get a better understanding of the issues which effect us all.

From 1 January 2005, the Freedom of Information Act comes into effect, which enforces the public's right to have access to most information held by all public sector organisations and some private companies that supply goods and services to them.
