The weather was a perfect sunny spring day for the "New Farmers Market" initial opening in Hever Road, Edenbridge. The people were flocking to see and buy all the locally presented fresh produce available on the many stalls that were there.
With an very wide range of items for sale, the stall holders were there to proudly present their own produce and organic foods, such as fruit juices, soaps, free range fresh meats, game, venison, eggs, fruit and vegetables, honey, cheeses, fresh fish and smoked, bread, cakes and desserts, jams, chutneys,sauces, chocolate, and so on.
The local people who visited the market were pleased to see such a great variety of produce available, and also commented on the fact that it is grown and produced locally and in such a manner that it is healthy, fresher, and very affordable!
