Edenbridge Archery Club |
Edenbridge Archery Club is your local target archery club.
It meets out-of-doors every Sunday between 09:30 and 12:30 in the winter and every Sunday between 09:30 and 15:30 in the summer. The longer meetings in summer allow provision for longer rounds and distances. However, some members continue to shoot 'mornings only' all year round. It is a matter of personal preference.
The club meets at Lifeline Personal Health & Fitness Centre at Holland Road, Hurst Green, Surrey RH8 9BQ, which is a mile or so the Surrey side of Staffhurst Wood.

New Location |
EAC previously staged archery tournaments on the Eden Valley School playing fields, but were forced to move when Kent County Council closed the school. However, the venue at Lifeline has better facilities than were previously available.
Club membership is open to anyone over 14 years of age. |
| Beginner's Courses are run about three times each year, generally in April, June and September. The club also organises 'Have a Go' days or taster sessions to enable anyone who wants to discover whether the sport is for them to see what is involved.
Individual archers from EAC regularly participate in tournaments with other clubs in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. |
|
The club holds its own annual tournament, The Jubilee Shoot, in June each year. |
