Detectives charge man with murder of Terry Edmonds
Philip James Bell, aged 21, unemployed, of no fixed address within the Tunbridge Wells area, has been charged with the murder of Terry Edmonds. He will appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates Court this morning.
Terry was last seen after she got off a train at Tunbridge Wells railway station at 6.25pm on Monday 17 April.
