SEVENOAKS DISTRICT COUNCIL
Enclosed is the latest list of applications received by the Council under the Town and Country Planning Acts. Copies of the applications are available for inspection during normal office hours at the Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks and until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays.
For applications in the northern part of the district (the Parishes of Ash-cum-Ridley, Crockenhill, Eynsford, Farningham, Fawkham, Hartley, Horton Kirby and South Darenth, Shoreham, Swanley and Hextable and West Kingsdown) details can also be seen at the Swanley Contact & Information Centre, Swanley Library, London Road, Swanley during the hours of 09.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 09.30am to 6.00pm Fridays and 9.00am to 4.00pm Saturdays.
Applications in Edenbridge, Cowden, Hever and Chiddingstone Parishes can be seen at the Local Planning Office, Stangrove Park, Edenbridge, 09.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Saturday.
Any person wishing to make representations about an application, should do so in writing as soon as practicable and no later than ten days from the publication date of this list. (This period may be extended by advertisement published in a local newspaper or for particular organisations and individuals who are consulted on a specific proposal). Representations should be sent to the Strategic Services Director, P.O. BOX 183, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1GN, and quote the Reference Code of the application.
Submission of details (Suffice “DETAIL”) relate to applications already granted conditional permission and are included for information only and not for consultation purposes.

The Sevenoaks District Council will be required to determine the majority of the applications on the List. In cases where an application is considered by the Development Control Committee, any representations received will be brought to the attention of the Committee. In all cases representations may be made known to other interested parties in dealing with an application and once a decision is made, under the provisions of the Access to Information Act.
