Advice for local landlords

Local landlords, letting agents and anyone thinking of letting property can get free advice and tips on the private rented housing market at an open meeting on Wednesday 9 February 2005.

The meeting, a joint initiative organised by Sevenoaks District Council and the Southern Private Landlords Association, aims to provide clear unbiased information and advice to existing and prospective landlords.

It will offer the opportunity to hear speakers on various subjects and the chance for questions and answers.

The meeting takes place at the Council Offices in Argyle Road, Sevenoaks on Wednesday 9 February 2005 at 7pm.
