Edenbridge Residents Remember the War Dead
Many local Edenbridge residents demonstrated their respect by attending the Remembrance Day Parade on Sunday, November 13th, 2011.
They lined the High Street from St Peter & St Paul's Church where the ceremony began, all the way to the towns Hospital where the Memorial is situated, where many laid poppy wreaths for the "Fallen"
There the Edenbridge Town Band played the last post...as everyone stood in deepest thoughts for the two minutes silence in Remembrance of All those killed in "The Great War" through "The Second World War"...down to the war's today that still claim victims of the British and Commonwealth Forces.
